Main elements of the Comment Panel: 1. E-Mail subscription checkbox. If checked you will be notified by e-mail about new comments for this issue. 2. Author of the comment and comment date/time. 3. Add New Comment, Edit Comment, Delete comment buttons. 4. Issue history data. Represents the state of the issue the moment the comment was added. 5. Comment text.
