Edit Comment Window

Main elements of the Edit Comment window: 1. Comment Editor includes the following tools:   1.1. Spell checker;   1.2. URL Links editor;   1.3. Date and Time stamp. 2. The list of attached files (Click on the name of the file to view/download it) 3. Delete the attached file. 4. Upload a new file.
