	The "Issues Details Report" shows issue statistics by date. 1. Issue fields. Current state of the issue. 2. Issue Progres history graph. 3. Comment section. Displays all the comments for the issue.   3.1. Issue history data. Represents the state of the issue the moment the comment was added.   3.2. Author of the comment and comment date/time.   3.3. Comment text.
