Licensing

Issue Tracker requires a license for each deployed site and each user that will access the Software.

Full text of license agreement:
This End-User Licensing Agreement (hereon referred to as EULA) is a legal, binding agreement between you (as an individual, corporation or single entity) and IKO Software with regards to the IK0 Software product line (hereon referred to as “Software” or “Software Product”).

By installing the Software Product or any of its components, you agree to be bound by this EULA, including all the limitations, restrictions and warranty disclaimers presented in this EULA.

Grant of License:

This Software requires a license for each deployed site and each user that will access the Software. Every user of the Software is required to have one Web Client License. This type of license grants a user the ability to access the Software only through the Web Client by using an Internet Browser.

Single-User License:

IKO Software considers single-user licenses of the software as a special license that can not be combined with any other licenses of the Software.  For example, it is not possible to combine two single-user licenses to obtain a two-user license.

No Warranties:

This Software is distributed as is without any kind of implicit or explicit warranty.  IKO Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software Product and any of its components.  The entire risk rising from the use of the Software remains with you.

Limitations of Liability:

IKO Software expressly disclaims any liability for subsequent damages that might arise from the use of the Software or any of its components. 
IN NO EVENT SHALL IKO SOFTWARE, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY MODIFY AND/OR REDISTRIBUTE THIS PROGRAM AND DOCUMENTATION, BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMMERCIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS, EVEN IF YOU OR OTHER PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
