Project Panel

	Main elements of the Project Panel: 1. Project search textbox 2. If checked, all the projects (including not active) will be shown.  3. Save current state of the project tree.  4. Project tree. You can change the order and hierarchy of the projects by dragging and dropping individual projects. 5. Project panel split bar. Adjust the width of the panel by sliding the splitbar. 6. Expand collapse button. Hide/view project panel.
	Right Click on a project to open the project context menu.  You will be able to add a new subproject, rename, edit and delete projects if your account is elligible.
	Change the order and hierarchy of the projects by dragging and dropping individual projects. Only administrators can mange projects.
	Find a project by typing the project title in the project search textbox.
